Bumblebee Deelite is a soothing blend based on the warm, spicy flavor of rama holy basil supported by milky oats, peppermint, rose, and chamomile.

Steep covered for 5 minutes or more – the longer the steep, the more potent the tea! (I steep for 30-40 minutes). Drink often 🙂

Ingredients: Rama Holy Basil (Occimum tenuiflorum), Milky Oat Tops (Avena sativa), German Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Oatstraw (A. sativa), Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), Peppermint (Mentha x piperita), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Rose (Rosa canina), Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca)

All my blends are named after irises found at the Presby Memorial Iris garden in Montclair, NJ! Bumblebee Deelite is a mini tall bearded bred in 1985. It is one one of my favorite irises. With yellow standards, maroon falls, and a fuzzy, orange beard, this iris looks like a big bumblebee.
